Accord fills a real need in our very complex sales & go-live process - a place to keep everyone involved, on both our team and our customer's team, aligned towards important milestones and ultimately a successful launch. They've correctly identified that shared cloud storage and CRMs and disjointed email threads are generally not enough to provide the structured collaborative space needed to keep things as large as our programs on track; especially where you need more from your customer than just a purchase order, that they also have deliverables on a particular timeframe in order to keep the whole program moving.
Outside of the core 'Next Steps' area for keeping tabs on milestones and tasks, the engagement tracking is really the standout feature set. Knowing when our counterparts on the customer's team are active in our Accord instance - or in relief, when they haven't been active and time-sensitive milestones we agreed on are approaching - is a game changer. There are some features - particularly interior to individual items, like the 'type' categorization - that feel a bit underbaked or version-zero. But these are really minor quibbles and to be expected in such an early stage product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application is clean, professional, and easy to navigate. Those details are essential when sharing a mutual success plan with a client. If the application is not easy to navigate, then the likelihood of adoption on the client side is next to nil (especially if you are selling into enterprise accounts). Keep in mind that most of your potential customers are already using a plethora of other applications to manage their daily business. Accord is so easy to use and set up and enables us to keep on track with our multiple onboarding plans which last from between 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the size of the customer. Accord keep us on track with all of our key milestones and allows us to engage with our customers during each step as well as share key resources.
We will shortly be using Accord to start our mutual action plans now we have seen how much our customers love using it.
Accord's support and customer success have always been excellent, whether that be to help with set-up, ensuring we are adopting the software correctly or answering a support question, they are very responsive and always go above and beyond. The only thing I could think of is the number of email notifications you receive when you have multiple accords running concurrently but I recently discovered that you can tailor what notifications you receive in the settings so it's no longer an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, organization has never been my strong suit and updating and holding people accountable to mutual action plans was always very tedious and ineffectual for me. Having accord allows me to stay organized, progress my deals and gives me a much better idea on which deals will close based on engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't really much to dislike about Accord. Like any tool there is some setup work required so that Accord fits snugly into your sales process but the implementations team is very knowledgable about thwe tool and easy to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer Support/Success has been 11/10. As an individual purchaser of Accord, I didn't expect to have the level of one-on-one customer support that I've had. It is tricky to understand when invites are sent while inviting individuals (instead of a whole domain) to a shared Accord workspace. Easy once explained, but unclear UI around this particular function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding with Accord has been an incredible experience thus far. T and Dave have been amazing, supporting our organizations and reps to get ramped with the product. The product has a clear fit with our team as we focus on building a repetable, scalable sales process. Accord allows our reps to create mutual alignment with the customer, focusing on a work-back plan designed around helping solve business problems and challenges. The best part of Accord is the centralization of documents and that it's essentially a personalized deal room. Assigning DRIs (directly responsible individuals) + dates to specific milestones have been huge in helping keep deals moving through the funnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how prescriptive you can be while still allowing your reps to configure a mutual action plan with the buyer. The solution makes buying from your organization easy for the buyer. The engagement feature lets management and the sales rep know when a buyer is accessing the Accord - information we never had before. Your sales reps then know when to follow up at the perfect time. Accord is still a growing company. They don't have every piece of the puzzle in place yet. But I will say their CTO, Wayne is highly responsive and built solutions for us while we were implementing. Very impressed with the pace Accord develops fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
