Accord's interface is customizable enough to use across a variety of different segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic, etc) and intuitive enough that both internal and external uses can pick up on where the project is at and what tasks are still outstanding. Accord helps create a more transparent evaluation and buying process and helps navigate around challenges that might typically pop up in an evaluation cycle (InfoSec, Legal, etc). Accord keeps customers organized and on track w/ our sales process. It provides a great space for customers to collaborate with us in real-time rather than waiting to send or receive emails. We use Accord to manage customer relationships, notably keeping all of our files in one place. Before Accord, things were a messed, files on Slack, email, multiple inboxes etc. Now it's fairly organized and we've had success getting our customers to go in and do things inside Accord itself.
