What do you like best about Accord?

Getting set up on the platform was extremely easy for our team and our customers. It's been great for our AE's to set up and execute effective sales processes, and our customers love being able to share their insights as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accord?

Like many new software providers, customers are sometimes hesitant to adopt it right away. However, I have not had any complaints from customers once they start using Accord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accord?

An intuitive, sensible interface that allows any user to be and running in moments. Super easy to create templates for AEs to build a repeatable process around different sales motions. What do you dislike about Accord?

A lack of an SFDC integration means Accord becomes another disparate tool in the stack and requires the user to manually copy over deal information but it's a small isue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accord?

It forced the team to think hard about what the buyer journey should look like. For the product we sell, we wanted the 'top quality' to be shown from the start, including the sales/buying process.

Issues:

-Forecasting sales cycles is difficult and not always accurate

-Inconsistent sales processes are not scaleable or repeatable

What do you like best about Accord?

Accord has served as a vital tool managing a complex sales cycle, making the process crystal clear for the buyer, as well as holding both parties accountable with customizable templates by use case/buyer persona.
