What I love most about Accord is how it builds a structured yet flexible framework for both the Sales Team and the End User. It takes the worry out of the unknown by clearly laying out every step, removing the guesswork and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The best part? What I’ve found challenging with Accord is ensuring consistent participation from both internal and external teams. Initially, getting everyone engaged and aligned required extra effort. However, this has become less of an issue over time as more people experience the tangible benefits Accord provides, making adoption smoother and participation more natural. - Ability to edit, communicate and keep all items in one place
- Sharabilty/customization: The ability to make things as cookie cutter, or customized as you'd like for different types of implementations and onboardings is huge!

I love that Accord is like google sheet mutual action plans on steroids. I love that I can attach files, include details and tag relevant contacts to every step in my custom evaluation process. I love that everyone on my team and the prospects team has centralized visbility into how the evaluation is progessing and that they have a centralized source for all documentation for every step of the process. Accord makes it really easy for sellers and prospects to collaborate through the various stage of a sales cycle. More importantly holds all parties accountable for next steps/actions. I was on the phone with a client and they shared that they loved the ease of use and having one place to go to see where they are in the process as well as having one place for all collateral. Accord is a great tool to use in the sales cycle. It acts as a central repository for the project including things like helpful resources, project summary, a Mutual Action Plan & more.
