Easy onboarding. Integrates smoothly with Microsoft and KnowBe4. I use the dashboard every day when I need to investigate. Their Search and Respond feature is one of my favorite go to hunting email tools. Their backend spam and phishing policies work extremely well and have saved our users several times over. Fantastic customer support, have had several very productive meeting with our client success manager. Reporting mailbox provides a simple setup for automated analysis. Great all around product. Cannot add bulk allow/block lists. Search and Respond does not tie into the automated system and provide a corrective action for false negatives, unnecesarrily increases risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration and tuning process was a quick and easy process. This product saves a bunch of admin time from having to go through and triage/investigate a ton of emails. It does not require MX record changing to implement the solution. The onboarding is very fast and simple. Its an API solution so you don't need to run an appliance and the email does not get rerouted to their mail system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes they block legitimate emails. If you have not communicated with someone at all, and you get an email out of the blue from a legitimate user the email might be blocked as their AI might see it as unusuall behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
