I have been using Trainerize since 2019 and I am beyond proud of the growth that they put into their company year-over-year. When you're trying to grow your in person clientele as well as remote and the first thing you hear from prospected clients is all the bad things they've experienced and heard about your software of choice it looks bad on you. Easily organize & manage routines and workouts, and very efficient at tracking efforts. Being able to customize the app with our own branding has been incredible! Also the ease of customizing workouts, writing programs ahead of time, and importing them into client's programs is unmatched. The member-facing dashboard and customer support have been two areas of strength for Trainerize. Working with a cohesive team of trainers and professionals and not having the ability to "share" clients between staff members has been a point of frustration, along with the calendar functionality - would like to have an opportunity for shared calendars and easier booking functions for staff members.
