"Easy-to-Use PandaDocs That Speeds Up Document Signing and Templates"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

As a case manager, I use this system a lot, and it’s very easy to use. It cuts the time in half when landlords and clients need to sign and review documents, which means our clients can get their needs met faster. It also saves our documents so we can reuse them as templates instead of creating a new one each time, and it’s simple to assign fields to different individuals to complete. I really love using PandaDocs for the work I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

If I create a document and then want to add someone to the document, it is confusing and hard and so I end up creating a whole new document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management, Minor Formatting Issues"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how easy it is to create, send, or track documents with PandaDoc. The interface is good, and the templates save us time. It's easy for users from different departments to learn quickly, and templates help us standardize documents instead of creating them from scratch. I really value the e-signatures and templates in PandaDoc. The UI setup and workspace setup are easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Overall the platform works for what we need, but there could be some improvements to the advanced formatting.

The SSO portion could have used some work as there was not a specialist in that department which left us fending for ourselves or being told 'this won't work' when in reality that wasn't true. This is no longer the case though as they now have a dedicated tech for SSO that's extremely knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exactly What Our Small Business Needed"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

As a small company with 21 employees, we can’t afford to waste time learning overly complex software or paying for features we’ll never use. PandaDoc’s balance of usability and functionality fits us perfectly. Anytime we’ve run into questions—whether about templates, integrations, or billing—the PandaDoc support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The only downside we’ve experienced is the annual billing structure. Plans are billed for the full year upfront, and seat counts are locked in for that period. A monthly billing option or more flexible seat adjustment policy would make PandaDoc even better for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Contracts and Quick Setup with PandaDoc"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love how PandaDoc has made our transition to annual contracts extremely seamless. It helps us generate contracts much quicker using templates and distribute them to clients easily, whether via email or links. This simplicity and speed are just what we need, especially since annual contracts are new to us, and so far, it's been great. The process is simplified, ensuring consistency across the board. I find it really makes things very fast. The contract templates are the best - they allow us to input signer information and have it mostly filled out, making it very quick and easy for someone to know exactly where they need to sign. The integration with HubSpot is also good, and setting up PandaDoc was very quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Document Management with Room for Scheduling Improvement"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love PandaDoc's template feature because it allows me to create a variety of different documents specific to different types of contracts, which is perfect for our Franchise business. The ability to create, prepare, edit, and manage documents in a centralized location is incredibly helpful. I also enjoy the capability to rearrange documents before sending them for signature, so they're in the preferred order, and replacing pages or sections if needed, which prevents any confusion for recipients. Moreover, using PandaDoc with MS Word and Adobe PDF makes combining documents seamless and efficient, contributing to better time management, production, and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

PandaDoc has a lot of great features, but the one feature that I feel it is missing is the ability to schedule a document to be sent out on a specific date and time. Not easy at all. We had a lot of training and there were meetings between PandaDoc and our managers to fix a few issues. Honestly, we are still learning even after almost a year. We are still finding things that work and things that need to be tweaked to make our processes flow even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Document Creation with Templates, Smart Pricing Tables, and Smooth Co-Authoring"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like that with PandaDoc I don’t have to spend much time creating new documents by building off of previously accepted templates and/or previously accepted text blocks, I just combine the two and move on from there. The auto-calculation of totals and adjustments in the configurable pricing tables (once the rules are established) are also nice; I love that I don't have to spend time manually entering figures or making manual adjustments. Co-authoring with PandaDoc is fantastic as well, I love that the changes are tracked cleanly and simply and that I can easily view prior versions of the document and I never worry about losing my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The limitations in editing images can make things difficult at times when needing more precise control over image size after inserting them into your document. This is why I generally edit my visual elements before adding content as a pdf, it works, but having more options for flexibility in this area would be great. "PandaDoc Streamlines Proposals with Templates, eSignatures, and Real-Time Deal Tracking"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What we like most about PandaDoc is how much it streamlines our entire document workflow from creation to signature. The template system and content library make it easy to standardize proposals and agreements while still allowing quick customization when needed. The drag-and-drop editor saves our team hours compared to manual document formatting, and the real-time status tracking (views, comments, signed) gives us clear visibility into where deals stand without constant follow-ups.

The eSignature experience is seamless for clients, which has noticeably shortened turnaround times and reduced friction during closing. We also appreciate the integrations with our CRM and the ability to automate repetitive steps, which keeps everything organized and reduces human error. Overall, PandaDoc helps us move faster, look more professional, and maintain consistency as we scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

While PandaDoc is very powerful, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve, especially for new users or non-technical team members. Setting up templates, variables, and integrations can feel overwhelming at first and usually requires upfront time investment to get everything configured correctly.

Occasionally, the editor can feel a bit rigid when working with more complex layouts, and small formatting changes don’t always behave as expected, which can slow things down when you’re trying to move quickly. Pricing can also escalate as teams grow and require additional features, which may be a consideration for smaller organizations.

That said, once the system is fully set up, these issues become less impactful. Improving onboarding resources, simplifying advanced configuration, and offering more flexible layout controls would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly Document Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how PandaDoc gets documents shared and signed efficiently with external clients, families we serve, external partners, and internal staff. I appreciate the email notifications when documents have been viewed and attaching signed copies when completed, as it makes it easier to find the documents and get them to where they need to go quicker. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to great customer service and support with regularly scheduled meetings until they weren't needed. I especially love how we can upload frequently used documents and create templates to meet our team's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish our mileage form would work better as a template- the formula in the PDF doesn't seem to transfer over into PandaDoc and add up the total miles and amount due for mileage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, fast, time-saving"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like that when creating a new template PandaDoc automatically recognizes and places the fields. I love the smart integration with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce CRM). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

When I create a new template, I would like for PandaDoc to suggest immediately assigning an owner for the fields, but not for all the fields, but select. For example, I would like to scroll down the document and select with my mouse/touch base multiple fields at a time (not to click on every singe one of them) and assign that bunch to a specific owner. The same approach (mouse/touch pad selection of of a larger zone of the document) should also work when I want to delete the fields. Today, even if I select a large zone, I still have to click on each individual field that I want to delete. On the summery page (i.e. where I can find the list of all template I created), when I click on the three vertical dots on the right -where is there no option to delete the template? Why do I have to actually open it to delete it? It's too many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Document Management, But Costly Extras.."
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc for contracts, broker agreements, and invoices. I appreciate how easy it is to upload documents, which makes creating customer documents to be signed a breeze. The tracking system is a great feature, allowing me to see when customers open documents. Sending important documents safely and protecting customer data is really reassuring for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Some features you'd expect in the monthly package are costly, like putting expiry dates on documents. The mobile version is not great; I'd give it a 3 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
