I think I like the phone usability a lot. It's much more accessible for people who are not sitting behind a computer and need access via their phones. I use 7taps Microlearning to create simple yet effective teaching moments. It's super fast to get started and requires just a bit of editing. The AI video components make it engaging and relevant for the learners, and it builds in questions with very little input from me. It's also easy to share and go live, which complements an existing rollout smoothly. I uploaded a one-page poster, made minimal changes, and was ready to publish on the same day. The whole process is quick, engaging, and professional looking. The microlearning is accessible on phones, making it quick, meaningful, and engaging for staff. I think it would be good to have more English accents, or varied avatars that match the industry I am in, like medical. The staff using the learning will be very diverse, and having accents like London, Northern UK, African, Indian would help with authenticity. I like the AI function of 7taps Microlearning, especially when it uses avatars to create dialog and offers many options for various interactions in a module. The module is really easy to use, and one of the best things is being able to export it into a SCORM file for upload to our LMS. If any changes are needed, I can make them online and it automatically updates in the LMS without having to re-export or re-upload the SCORM file. If I create a module and want it to focus on something else instead of what AI generated there's no way to tweak it. I have to create a whole new module including answering the questions. I love how easy it is to use 7taps Microlearning. The ability to create drip learning campaigns and email employees is fantastic. It's easy to send reminders for employees who haven't completed the training, and the learners love it. I've been so happy with the way 7taps Microlearning has constantly reached out to support us. I use 7taps Microlearning for creating quick and easy content for internal and customer-facing training. 7taps allows our small team to create a microlearning course in an hour or sometimes less, thanks to its innovative and enjoyable interface. It is also really fun to build a course in 7taps. The courses are highly visual, and the layout always looks professional due to the templates. This is a huge time-saver in graphic design. The review process is clunky. Right now, there's no good way to have a SME provide us feedback on a 7taps course. The platform really needs a review feature like Articulate has. It can also be challenging and time-consuming to generate your own images that fit well within each small card (especially if you're creating training on hardware and software, as we do).
