What do you like best about HCL Technologies?

I really appreciate the smoother onboarding and other compensations they offered as part of bringing my dependent to abroad was quite smooth and fast. This surprised me when I switched from other employer to hcl tech. Like one other aspect is the well maintenance of folks hired for only abroad projects/account. The platforms to support their onboarding were quite smooth including assistance in password change, timesheet logging etc .No hicks no reporting managers as well.
