**What do you like best about HCL IT Enablement & Service Desk?**

I really appreciate the smoother onboarding and other compensations they offered as part of bringing my dependent to abroad was quite smooth and fast. This surprised me when I switched from other employer to hcl tech. Like one other aspect is the well maintenance of folks hired for only abroad projects/account. The platforms to support their onboarding were quite smooth including assistance in password change, timesheet logging etc .No hicks no reporting managers as well.

I believe there is a need to consider folks working on different timezones/projects

Enabling on time data backups

Although the HCL help to streamline outsourcing but sometimes lacks training to their team member which could hinder the services
