Any time you run into technical barriers where support or triage is needed, there's going to be moments of frustration. In today's world, we expect technology to work without error every single day. Having to wait for a technical issue to be resolved is one of the difficulties I've experienced but can understand and appreciate the troubleshooting process of identifying the root cause and creating preventative measures to avoid similar instances in the future. The City has multiple departments, buildings, and critical systems being used. Our agency has the most significant number of employees, hardware, and software than any other department.
