It can be rolled out globally for a single company across different geography, culture, ssytems and people.
It is very fast and a single source of truth. It is easy usable and huge amout existed of data lakes can be configured.
It provides full cycle from hire to retire, payroll, benefits and local laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
requirment gathering is very cumbersome specially when you have existed system. Middle layers must be created in parts before you roll out full fuctional and globally.
Patching with existed system needs lots of configuration, time and cost overrun with other vendor partners.
Frequest customer support required in beginning of project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the way that it contains all of our employe data. We are currently implementing the Oracle Recruiting Cloud and having our candidate/pending worker data in the same system as our HR system is going to greatly reduce the time it takes for us to enter a new hire. This is important because we have a forceforce of approximately 22,000+ and we hire 100+ new employees each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The show responsiveness of some of the user interface screens makes data entry painful. We have raised several SR (service request) with oracle to evaluate the sizing of our production pod and they state that it is adequately sized.
Hopefully with ORC and the recent migration to the next generation architecture we will see increased improvement in our response times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The HCM extracts build process is amazing and helps developer to do very little code to get the results. We could reuse the base design for most of the core extracts. We would like to see some improvements in the UI side though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could have used temp table concepts for inbound integrations. The HDL transformation formula is using row processing, but temp table can help improve the performance by making it as set processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of the core HR functions are intuitive enough for general learners Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Oracle Learn Cloud isn't designed in the way that a learning professional would design it; it works OK with professional development, but because it breaks the rules of good instructional design, it doesn't work well for regulatory learning and compliance. Specializations don't have recurring learning. Assignments dictate the business rhythm of the course, not the course itself. You keep changing the capabilities of communities which breaks significant compliance issues. Support answers "works as designed" and closes SRs frequently...it feels like they do this to play with their metrics and make their response look better than it really is. I like that it's constantly getting updated. Redwood seems very promising but it needs to be fully rolled out before larger companies can adopt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have multiple modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) there are too many times that changes in one negatively affects another in unexpected ways. It's as if the Oracle teams who design the modules do not talk together. Responsive UI search capability is also an issue and doesn't work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the best about Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Capital Management is the transparency the system offers. We implemented every module in HCM Cloud and it has been a very pleasant and easy transition...from PeopleSoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management is not being able to use SQL to get information out of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fully integregrated with ERP and EPM for real time staffing impacts to operations and forecasting. Ease of use, intuitive user screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to see improvements in org chart planning funcitonality, drag and drop to see staffing implications of changes. Integration of contractor time card approvals to PO receipting functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SaaS application with regular updates to keep current as product progresses. Prior on prem system was over 20 years old and at end of life and very difficult to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
School district has some very unique requirements particularly with compensation and benefits. There aren't many other disticts live on Cloud HCM yet so understanding best practices to meet some of those unique requirements can be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HCM Extracts that produces changes without building audit tables behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Data model is complicated to understand and less documentation is avilabale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Centralized platform for all major HR processes. Can bring on global population as well as contingent workforce and nonworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be quite complex for those of us that just launched onto the platform. We have to rely on our managed services partner quite a bit and turn around time on enhancements and issues can be hard to digest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
