What do you like best about 3G Transportation Management?

Being able to sell to customers can be extremely easy to do. Order Management, Routing Guides, Process Automation, etc. are all the things a shipper needs in these days and in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3G Transportation Management?

Onboarding a new customer is extremely difficult and the service 3G has to offer is far below average Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loading tariffs that our system cannot handle, Routing Guides, Multi-Mode visibility and Load Board Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 3G Transportation Management?

We use 3GTMS primarily as a freight rating platform. In that capacity, it works great most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 3G Transportation Management?

This does not happen often but occasionally there are issues that may not be identified right away by either us or 3GTMS. We end up finding out about the issue later when it is too late to make changes. I think they need better proactive monitoring of their automated processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
