I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. Zoho projects is not as moden as it shoud be and has some missing features copared to like Monday.com or something. CRM was harder to setup. Zoho Sign is a great tool for the edition of forms that need to be signed, it allows to use drop-down lists with already defined answers, and apart from this, the customization of the data fields is impressive as I can select the text style, color palette, proportions and character limit. It's very easy to use the platform. It is intuitive, allows you to create multiple types of contracts or documents that require a firm. Additionally, you can personalize your form documents quickly. A large company for small, medium and large businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When customizing contracts, there are many changes in font, size and spacing. Even though the support team tried to help, the problem persists. So time is wasted arranging the document at the end. They have a lot of problems with custom fields that are extracted from the CRM. Because they do not have much compatibility with the fields of the app.
