What do you dislike about Apex Loyalty?

Due to the complexity of the custom implementation, contract negotiations took longer than expected. To be fair, this was on both sides. Apex, however continued to work in good faith throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apex Loyalty?

We appreciated the expertise the Apex Loyalty team brought to the table. The implementation team were experts in their field and asked lots of questions during the discovery process. They also were incredibly flexible in putting together custom code for a complex implementation. Additionally, they met with our team regularly during somewhat crazy hours for this implementation.

Love that the product is in Salesforce so that our teams can access the product without logging into another application. Additionally, can use my existing team to support development + reporting requests made by the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apex Loyalty?

It wasn't a problem for us, but it may not work for everyone if they don't already have Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apex Loyalty?

Having command over every detail in the frontend and backend, managing the process with all its intricacies. Taking urgent action and resolving the issue in possible crisis moments. An agile working structure and consistently providing supportive, high-quality service. They are extremely knowledgeable about Salesforce and they help us improve in this regard. We receive admin services and project management services. Every team member is well-versed in customer communication and product management. We have always been satisfied with their professionalism. What do you dislike about Apex Loyalty?

In new development projects, they want to take guaranteed steps to ensure smooth progress when the agenda is tight. In the fast-moving consumer goods industry, everything moves very quickly, which can disrupt this agenda. At the beginning of our work, we struggled with this working style. We receive support for customer-related issues that may arise with the product, problems related to integration, and potential system issues (such as internet connection, OTP systems, etc.). Additionally, we also receive support in opening and tracking campaigns, informing the call center, and handling customer communication when there are no issues. After some time of cooperation Apex Loyalty employees started to make almost no mistakes, almost all updates were done promptly and in a good manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apex Loyalty?

In the beginning of a cooperation there were many errors on Apex side. We needed to many incidents to resolve the issues regarding incorrectly done updates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
