"Powerful, Detailed Insights with Customizable Dashboards in Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

What I like best about Adobe Analytics is how powerful and detailed its data insights are. It helps track user behavior very clearly, so it’s easier to understand what people are doing on a website or app. The dashboards are customizable, which makes it simple to focus on the metrics that matter most. It also integrates well with other Adobe tools, making the overall workflow smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One thing I dislike about Adobe Analytics is that it can be quite complex and difficult to learn, especially for beginners. The interface is not very user-friendly at first, and setting up reports can feel overwhelming. It can also be expensive, which may not be suitable for small businesses. Additionally, data processing can sometimes take time, so insights are not always instantly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Segmentation, but Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like how Adobe Analytics is kind of flexible with its offerings. The segmentation feature is really great because I can use really granular segments like specific behavior, time windows, and all that, and visualize it as a dashboard. The data integration with their ecosystem, like Audience Manager, is also something I like since it falls into place pretty well. It makes the data actionable and aligns people on the same view of the customer. Additionally, I like the flexibility it offers in data segmentation, allowing insights into specific user behaviors over time, and the comprehensive dashboard visualizations it provides. The integration with the broader Adobe ecosystem enhances its utility, aligning nicely with customer insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

The main issue that sometimes people run into is that some of the tasks are kind of complex to do. The learning curve is kind of like a difficult thing because even if you are used to Google Analytics and stuff, it's kind of hard to marry it to the team and understand itself. There are some implementation issues like getting tracking right. It's complex and kind of hard to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics stands out for its advanced reporting and segmentation. It helps in understanding user behavior clearly and supports quick, data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics is a powerful tool with many features, but like any software, it has some aspects that can be frustrating for users. Here are a few things that some users, including myself, might find less than ideal:

Complexity for New Users:

The learning curve is pretty steep, especially for beginners or users without a strong data analytics background. Setting up reports, understanding the interface, and mastering the nuances of segmentation and data processing can be overwhelming.

Cost:

Adobe Analytics is not exactly budget-friendly. It’s usually priced for large enterprises, so smaller businesses or startups might find it prohibitively expensive compared to other analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

User Interface (UI):

While functional, the UI can feel a bit outdated or unintuitive at times. It's not as user-friendly as some competitors (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or other modern tools), and the navigation can feel clunky, especially when switching between different modules or trying to find specific data points.

Customization Can Be Overwhelming:

Customizing reports, dashboards, and data layers can be great, but it can also become a double-edged sword. With so many options, it can be difficult to find the balance between flexibility and simplicity. Without strong technical skills, setting up everything to suit your specific needs can feel like a hassle.

Data Processing Delays:

Real-time data analysis isn’t always as “real-time” as you'd expect. Sometimes there are delays in data updates, which can be frustrating when you need immediate insights.

Integration and Data Access:

While it integrates well with other Adobe products, integrating Adobe Analytics with non-Adobe systems can sometimes be cumbersome. It may require custom configurations or additional third-party tools, which adds complexity.

Support & Documentation:

While Adobe provides a lot of documentation, it can be dense and sometimes hard to navigate. Additionally, for more advanced issues, the support team might take longer to respond or be less hands-on compared to other analytics platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precise Performance Insights and Time Savings with Adobe Analytics"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Using Adobe Analytics has allowed our company to measure performance on a much more precise basis than before. The introduction of AI also helps us collect more information and better understand what we need to do to perform better, as well as what counts as a real improvement. Once we got the hang of it, the program became very easy to use. The pricing feels manageable for what we need, rather than paying for everything Adobe offers. The system performs very well overall, and most employees find the application helpful for saving time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

A lot of the onboarding still requires manual setup, and it’s had a few growing pains compared with our last application. That said, the application integrates well with our other software, so they complement each other nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deep Insights with a Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like Adobe Analytics for its depth of analysis compared to more basic analytics tools. The segmentation capabilities are particularly valuable because they make it possible to quickly break down data by different audiences, traffic sources, or behaviors and uncover patterns that aren't always visible in high-level reports. I appreciate the flexibility in reporting and the ability to build custom dashboards focusing on the metrics that matter most for a specific use case. This makes it much easier to monitor performance, investigate changes in trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Another aspect I find beneficial is the detailed user behavior tracking, which allows me to analyze how users move through the site, where they drop off, and how different campaigns influence engagement. This overall helps support more informed decisions around marketing and user experience improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One of the main challenges is the learning curve. The platform is extremely powerful, but it can take time to become comfortable with all the features, especially for new users who are not familiar with its interface. Building reports or navigating complex studies sometimes requires a deeper understanding of how the system is structured. Another area that could be improved is usability and speed in some workflows. When working with large datasets or complex segments, reports can occasionally take time to load, which slows down some analysis. Some parts of the interface can also feel a bit overwhelming because of the number of available options. Additionally, setting up and maintaining tracking can require significant technical involvement, which is also an additional investment. Implementing custom events, variables, or integrations often depends on development resources, which can make changes slower and more expensive. Overall, the platform is extremely capable, but simplifying onboarding, improving performance with large datasets, and making certain workflows more intuitive would make the experience even better. "Advanced Segmentation Won Us Over"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I love Adobe Analytics' advanced segmentation and customizable dashboards, which make it easy to analyze and visualize complex data. Advanced segmentation helps me analyze specific audiences, while customizable dashboards make insights easy to visualize and share for faster, data-driven decisions. I also appreciate the better integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, which was one of the reasons we switched from Google Analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

It can be difficult to learn for new users and setting up tracking requires careful planning. It is also quite expensive for smaller teams and sometimes slow with very large datasets. Setting up tracking in Adobe Analytics is complex and error-prone, while new users face a steep learning curve with its advanced features. Better onboarding and simplified setup could make it easier to use. Initial setup was fairly complex, requiring careful planning of tags, variables, and events. It took time to configure tracking correctly and ensure accurate data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Analytics and Seamless Integration for Enterprises"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Adobe Analytics provides robust and highly adaptable segmentation and reporting capabilities. The drag-and-drop Workspace feature enables users to quickly develop in-depth insights. Its advanced attribution and journey analysis tools help uncover intricate patterns in customer behavior. Additionally, seamless integration with the Adobe ecosystem makes it especially well-suited for use at the enterprise level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

The platform presents a steep learning curve and demands considerable training to use effectively. Implementing it can be quite complex, particularly when working with custom variables such as eVars and props. When handling large datasets, the Workspace feature often feels sluggish or cumbersome. Additionally, the high cost of licensing poses a challenge for smaller teams looking to adopt the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Analytics, Challenging Setup"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like that Adobe Analytics allows me to create a dashboard based on the insight I am trying to solve for. It encourages me to think through the story I want to tell, rather than just giving me a basic platform or data in a standard format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

It does not easily resonate with those who are not in the platform daily. The year over year or time frame comparison is clunky and requires creating summaries or percent change manually, which are not quickly available. The setup is difficult and requires tedious creation of event types, dimensions, metrics, and segments. It doesn't allow for any type of quick fire event like Google Tag Manager. "Simple, Clear User Behaviour Insights That Are Truly Useful"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

It’s a very good application, and it’s also very useful for me. I’m able to see user behaviour and visitors in a smooth, clear way. There’s no complication in using this app; it’s simple, straightforward, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Sometimes it feels really laggy and the performance is slow. There’s also severe latency in the analysis workplace. The platform can be very difficult for beginners to learn at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Integration, Accurate Data, and Clear Client Insights"
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

It’s very easy to connect, integrates well, and the data is quite accurate. It has streamlined our daily tasks and helps us provide clear insights to clients. I can easily recommend using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

It can be glitchy at times, and I’ve often found it difficult to read the numbers. The integration process is easy overall, but if you set it up incorrectly, the data can get messed up and you won’t be able to properly deduce insights from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
