What do you like best about 24/7 Software?

I like the customization that was recently added. Was able to create different views for different department needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?

I haven't had any complaints from out Base operations team. The new app is in place in our team and they are using much better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 24/7 Software?

ISS 24/7 is a company that listens to the needs of our organization and proactively collaborates with their partners on solutions and advancements to their system. We are very pleased with the working relationship and attention to our specific needs in a timely manner. ISS has been a great partner for the Buffalo Bills and we look forward to future enhancements to our incident management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 24/7 Software?

Our internal IT department and the NFL IT security measures can make things challenging for implementing the CMMS system the way we would like. Due to NFL IT compliance measures, the Bills IT department and ISS team have not been able to implement the perfect solution for CMMS. This is an area that we are all working to change in order to take full advantage of what ISS has to offer with the CMMS solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering 24/7 Software:

I would recommend reviewing with your company IT security department and have them work directly with ISS 24/7 from the beginning of the discussions about implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are tracking and responding to game and event day related incidents in a very efficient and timely manner.
