ICD 10 Coding – We outsourced our ICD 10 Coding services to 24/7 Medical Billing Services. We had issues with the exact ICD 10 codes to ensure we do not get claims denied or not accepted by Gateways considering this as Upcoding. 24/7 Medical Billing Services worked on ICD 10 Coding for all the treatments we offered through our Optometry Center Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 24/7 Medical Billing Services?

The coding team was the best thing we had from 24/7 Medical Billing Services. The entire coding team had certified ICD 10 Coders and they had a good understanding of the services offered in an optometry center and the ICD 10 Codes that are generally associated with Optometry treatments. We had a very less ratio of claims being rejected due to Coding errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 24/7 Medical Billing Services?

Except for the initial hiccups of setting up the FTP accounts and a smooth knowledge transfer from our earlier medical billing outsourcing partner, things looked good to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ICD 10 Coding – This was the major issue for which we had hired 24/7 Medical Billing Services and thankfully we made the right decision. The 24/7 MBS team post the kick-off call gave us a detailed strategy of work execution & established a process which everyone in the team followed up deliberately.
