The only negative I could think of was being able to set reminders for when patients need updates, it is available on the interface but you have to go to a different section and leave what you’ve already been working on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very user friendly software with a user interface that is most compatible with all kinds of users. Has a capacity to lend a wide spectrum of varied information database on both provider and patient analysis which can be used to investigate and hone in on any obstacles in accounts for a medical bill. eClinicalWorks has one of the better interfaces in comparison to other EMRs and RCM programs. Fairly intuitive and reporting is decent. We have been on eCW for over 10 years both for EMR & for RCM. Reporting can be hit and miss. However, once you get to know their EBO reporting system it gets a lot easier. I will say that they have gotten a lot better over the years. We have figured it out and have set reports that we run monthly and quarterly for RCM. I strongly suggest that new users get a set EBO report training from eCW. ECW is a very easy to use program for our medical practice. I do the medical billing portion for our office and this software has been the easiest to use in my 15 years of medical billing. Also, ECW customer service is always very quick to get back to our office if we are having an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about eClinicalWorks RCM is the multiple features offered to users. First off, they have a 98% first-pass acceptance which is much higher than the average acceptance, and the workflow process is immaculate.
