What do you like best about 1up?

1Up has made a huge difference for our small team when it comes to handling RFPs and security questionnaires. It frees up our time so we can focus on other priorities, which has been a big help. The platform is easy to use and has saved us a ton of time. Plus, their team is great about listening to our feedback and addressing any concerns we have. What do you like best about 1up?

1up has made our workflow much smoother by automatically answering common questions and filling out forms like RFPs. We used to spend hours or days on complex technical, compliance, or security documents. Now, it only takes a few hours with an easy review system.

We synced our entire knowledge base and specific assets and have seen great success in the quality of responses.

The Slack integration is a key feature, allowing our customer-facing teams to get real-time, accurate responses from our knowledge center. It's secure, easy to use, and works on multiple platforms, which is invaluable for both Sales and IT teams.

What do you dislike about 1up?

Answering technical and security questionnaires is time consuming and hard to scale -> answers are mutualized and automatically answered. A simple review is needed and we saved days of work every month.

What do you like best about 1up?

1UP has proven to be an invaluable tool for our presales team when completing RFPs. It offers a variety of features for customizing responses, and we have yet to experience any unnecessary hallucinations from the LLMs. Our team particularly appreciates the new feature that shows the sources of the answers, making it easy to identify the origin of information when an answer seems incorrect.

The training and implementation process was flawless, with no issues encountered. A few training videos on the system provide a comprehensive understanding in under 20 minutes.

Moreover, collaborating with the 1UP team has been exceptional. Whenever we encounter an issue or bug, we receive a response within minutes. What do you dislike about 1up?

The tool is in its early stages, with some software features yet to be implemented. However, the development team is actively listening to our feedback and consistently making improvements to enhance the system. 1UP is poised to grow and address these missing features shortly. Our Bid Managemet team is small for our organization so 1UP has been excellent in time savings on these RFPs. What do you dislike about 1up?

Not much. Initially, selecting specific parts of the knowledge base for responses wasn’t perfect, but the 1Up improved it quickly after we started using the tool. I also encountered some minor problems with regenerating answers within the questionnaire in 1Up, but their team resolved these quickly once we brought them up. What do you like best about 1up?

We love the reliability of the responses. After some easy setup and initial answer qa'ing we gained confidence quickly in this tool. We look to take even more advantage of it over time as we continue to get clean data and answers in, but our initial feel has been that it's intuitive, fast, and accurate, with no real hallucinations after looking at the source content for some answers we wanted to clean up a bit. It's solving multiple problems. We're looking to manage many incoming RFP requests that are often monotonous with repetitive questions that still take time to answer and personalize. 1UP is relieving us of hours of work with just this piece alone. Additionally, our sales reps are often asking questions in multiple slack channels, including direct to myself and others and while we want to make sure they're enabled, the initial question can be fired off to 1UP and then we can not only update the answer, but have it available for future use, which hasn't been the case until now. What do you like best about 1up?

The team has been using 1up to respond to security assessments and the ability to have AI generate responses based on a library of our security policies has greatly increased our speed of response.

The Slack integration allows other members of the team to ask questions of 1up and receive an answer without having to tie up time of our SC and Security teams.

The automation of RFP responses also makes reviews of outputs very quick and easy, only requiring minor tweaks.

What do you dislike about 1up?

What do you like best about 1up?

1up simplifies and accelerates painful security questionnaires by fully automating them. Finally there is a product that mops up the minutia of compliance detail and feeds it into the questionnaires that are required in the sales motion. There's tons more to think about besides these invasive, repetitive intake forms. We can actually get to selling and communicating with prospects in a positive way.
