We would like to see Talkdesk to get away from using CTI integrations with 3rd party apps which unfortunately relies on CallBar.

We've run into an issue when agents use Talkdesk CallBar application, Talkdesk Cloud back-end is not able to detect if there is an existing user session in progress.
