Winning by Design is a terrific framework to unify and up-level a growing team. These trainings are so often geared only towards sales, but WbD has a great course for Customer Success too and Alia Pirani is an absolute gem. She has the ability to engage an entire team remotely with ease, and the whole team really enjoyed our trainings each week. Alia comes with a whole host of real-world experience that she weaves into the trainings to ensure the coaching is not too academic without having that objective utility that is grounded in reality. I cannot recommend Alia or WbD more highly for a rapidly growing team.
