Efficient CRM with Great API, Needs Better Query Interface
I use VanillaSoft as our CRM at work, and as a developer, I appreciate that it has an API which makes it easy to integrate with our app. I like its straightforward UI, which helps us route leads, manage contact history, and handle text and email efficiently.
