What I like best about UserIQ is the amount of raw data the site provides on our products. I can than move that data in the ways that best suit my own research and analytics.

UserIQ is easy to setup into your software, if you have a multi-page application. It is also fairly straightforward to create a campaign. They are able to create and use custom variables specifically for your product/application to really provide custom data. There is soo much that you can do give the amount of data that is being collected.
