Quantifiable return on investment felt very quickly

Easy to consume, on demand content - works well for a large team in multiple timezones. The inclusion of a pre-learning assessment allows us to easily quantify improvements in competency having completed the courses. The manager coaching sessions provide an engaging fomat for the team to come together and apply the learnings to live situations they're dealing with in the day to day.
