A brilliant platform but has some bugbears

Managing multiple accounts and channels that have via Sprinklr is very quick and easy and the platforms offers a wide range of functionalities beyond what I've seen on similar systems. Integration is easy and it's straightforward for new users to get integrated on the platform, publishing content and reviewing reporting metrics. The workflow options have been superb for ensuring a level of quality and consistency. This has allowed us to open up content creation to our wider teams, emnabling higher quantities and qualitites of outputs, more instanteniously.
