I love the AI and advanced features. The UI is perfect—everything is exactly where it should be. TCR registration took months with RingCentral, but my business was approved in just 24 hours to send texts through OpenPhone. My questions were answered within seconds via chat support. I'm really excited to have switched my phone system to OpenPhone—it's definitely easier and more enjoyable to communicate with my customers through their system!

Very user friendly and great customer service

OpenPhone was amazing at helping navigate the TCR reporting process and getting my lines up and running to accept text messages. This was my main concern as I started with another company and after 15+ TCR submissions and 4 weeks of time including me following every recomendation they made, I was no closer to being able to text. The programmable menu is easy to set up and works perfect.
