OpenPhone has been a great tool for our business. It’s super easy to use, packed with useful features, and integrates well with other tools. The shared inbox makes team collaboration a breeze, and having multiple numbers under one account is a big plus.

The ability to start small, add services as needed, and detailed instructions every step of the way. When comparing other services, it was clear that even though OpenPhone did not have every option out there. But....they had every option that I needed and at a price that the competition could not beat. The set up was easy and for things that are more complex, the knowledge base and FAQ's are very detailed and easy to navigate.

OpenPhone makes it super easy to manage business calls and texts from a single app. The interface is clean, the call quality is reliable, and I like that I can separate work and personal communication without needing a second phone. The ability to set business hours and use auto-replies is also a nice touch.
