OneCause is very user-friendly for registration volunteers

I love its capability to be as user friendly as possible. I also loved that the totorials took you through a step by step process, which was very useful! Your coustomer service is also GREAT! Theres always someone on the other end ready to guy you through your questions.

The most likeable feature of OneCause was just the simple fact that it is so user-friendly and the chat/phone support agents are overwhelmingly helpful. They answered every question with background and ample information, would make suggestions if there was something I was missing, and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking simple questions. Also our consultants, Lisa & Jessica, were absolutely amazing through out the entire process, and I would be so happy to work again with them next year. This was my first experience working an event like this, or using auction software, so their support made all the difference.
