Gift card exchange due to vendor Bankruptcy.

I had selected gift cards for a service anniversary earlier this year. Prior to using one of the cards I found out the restaurant compamy had filed for bankruptcy and there were no longer any locations in my state. I reached out to the support team to see if I could trade the card in for new ones and the team propmptly helped me do so.Team response was very quick and professional and they understood why I was requesting an exchange.

Je n'ai pas eu à créer un nouveau compte utilisateur, et j'ai pu facilement partager le lien avec ma famille afin qu'elle puisse regarder les choix et donner son avis sur ma sélection. Lorsque j'ai envoyé un e-mail au service client avec des questions, ils ont également répondu assez rapidement.
