Great and Easy To Recognize Employees

I find it easy and quick to recognzie my teammembers for things well done. It is best to recognize them immediately after the positive behavior/interaction and Culture Cloud allows me to do this. Whether it is recognizing them for a compliment they received from a customer or something I observed them doing, it is easy to recognize them quickly. really appreciate that! Another

I use it often - not only to receive, but also to give points. it is exciting to receive a points award and jump into the catalogues. They offer a mobile app which works well.
