Le système a été très facile à utiliser, et il n'y avait pratiquement aucune courbe d'apprentissage. J'ai eu un problème avec certaines cartes-cadeaux qui n'arrivaient pas et le support client a rapidement résolu le problème et mes nouvelles cartes étaient là en une semaine.

Great platform that allows users to recognize and award coworkers - with custmizable messages and eCards, also using a points system. It very user friendly and easy to use - much like a social media App; where you can Like, Comment, Share. I visit the site on a daily basis to view Team accomplishments and successes, and to browse the gift guide. Must also add that Customer Support is prompt and professional, my issue was resolved immediatly.
