Replacing stolen company anniversary pins

I sent a message asking how I could replace my stolen anniversary pins, I'm close to retirement and I'd like to create a memory keepsake to give to my daughter, because she now works at the same company. I was given a number to call and I did the next day. The representative I talked with was very pleasent and helpful in helping me replace these missing pins.
