Nextiva is incredibly simple to configure, you can make it as easy or as complicated as you want. I'm very thankful for that as we use this product every single day to communicate with customers. We have multiple call groups so that all calls are routed to the right person/people. Nextiva is one of our strong backbones that keep our customers happy. Adding new devices is very easy and takes only a few minutes and it even lets you automatically apply that new device to an existing user who does not have one assigned. Employees are happy about how easy the app is to use and allows us to use messaging along with our calls. Nextiva's support is bang on and is always quick to respond, I've never had an issue last more than 2 days maximum.
