So far, Nextiva has been among the best telephone companies I have dealt with. Their customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable, and their phone service thus far has been excellent. The price point is also excellent, as competing companies give you much less for the same cost. We were able to get a sufficient number of lines to suit our business' needs, and it is at a reasonable monthly rate. We did shop around first, including with our other current provider, but this company definitely offers more. When we had an issue with the desktop phones that were sent to us, they quickly assisted us to rectify the situation and find a satisfactory desk phone that fit our needs, with no difficulty at all. Most of their plans do come with a 3-year contract, so you want to keep that in mind if you are thinking of signing up with them. However, so far, the calls have been crystal clear on both sides of the conversation, and the apps they offer work very well. I would recommend this service to any business looking to switch providers, or to add some new lines with a different company at a reasonable price.
