Meltwater is a multifaceted monitoring tool - social, online, and traditional media. It's organized and very user-friendly, and the support team within the app is 10/10. It's used almost daily by most members of our team, and is essential for the work that we do. The Meltwater Academy portal has been invaluable to our team in learning to effectively use the platform, and they enjoy earning badges to post on their LinkedIn. This has been great to use for training new team members and those new to the platform, without taking time away from our team There are constant upgrades and updates to the platform to bring the newest technology and capabilities to their users while keeping it easy to use in their clean interface.

The platform is quite intuitive once you get used to it, and I like the layout. It accomodates everything from media monitoring and reporting to distributing releases, which is fantastic. The Meltwater Academy is a nice addition from what I've seen, and I'd like to use it more. The support team is fantastic - very responsive, and proactive when new feature are added. I use it every day, and have added a few colleagues to the platform with no problem - we're all able to use it and collaborate very easily. Price is excellent, especially compared to other platforms.
