It's incredibly helpful to have a one-stop-shop for monitoring brand coverage (and being able to filter by coverage type!), setting up press release wires, and media list building all in one tool. I use meltwater virtually every day in my role and in many ways it blows other PR tools out of the water. It's easy to navigate and customer support is always on deck to help with any roadblocks.

I'e explored multiple listening tool and most of the are expensive, and dont give that good results, but meltwater pricing i liked and the features are satisfactory. I personallt like: Timely dashboards (ofc because theyr custmizable) Open search feature for quick analysis of crisis or brand Within hub that provides influecner list
