Je comparais Lodgify avec deux autres plateformes et j'étais prêt à choisir celle qui me donnerait la meilleure et la plus rapide solution. Lodgify semblait être la plus réactive et a programmé un appel avec un consultant. La dame était très amicale et patiente et m'a montré ce dont j'avais besoin. À la fin, j'ai encore du travail à faire pour peaufiner, mais sachant que j'ai du soutien à portée de main, je vais persister.

Un concurrent m'a été recommandé avant que je ne connaisse Lodgify. Après une expérience horrible, j'ai découvert Lodgify et je n'ai cessé de chanter leurs louanges depuis. L'interface utilisateur est très intuitive et je m'y suis habitué très rapidement. Et, j'adore le modèle de support de Lodgify. Étant nouveau dans le secteur de la location et nouveau aux solutions PMS, le support est très important pour moi. La meilleure chose est que Lodgify m'a contacté en premier et a proactivement organisé des réunions pour tout expliquer et assurer mon succès. C'est tellement impressionnant !
