Lattice is the best performance management tool I've found

The 1:1 tool makes it very easy to prepare for 1:1s and track notes over long periods of time. It's much better than a long running Google Doc, or other systems I've used in the past.

Lattice is a great way for my company to keep track of 1 on 1 conversations.

I like Lattice because it really helps set up an agenda for 1 on 1's with my manager since we are both able to put talking points. It also allows me to look back and track my previous 1 on 1's which is really awesome.

Easy Review Process

Very easy to go through a review process and adequately organize the feedback from both parties. In my situation, we use Lattice mainly for our Quarterly and Annual reviews. It's great to be able to go back and view past goals / feedback to see what progress we've made.
