I really love the transcript part of the recordings because it allows me to do a quick search and find the exact place I need to check or reference. Transcripts could even be used with some AI capabilities to figure out traits and patterns in our sales and customer success cycles. The fact that I don't have to add or press anything at every call is also super convenient. The calendar integration is just there. Our sales team uses Jiminny every day for every external call. We've also been sharing clips or full videos with teams to ease scheduling with larger customers as it's sometimes very difficult to find a time that works for everyone. There may have been just two times when I've messaged support (because I couldn't find something) and it's been super quick and simple.
