Jiminny is so easy to use, their customer support is so speedy as you instantly get connected to an agent, and they've released a number of helpful features this year (my favourite being AI writing summaries of the call and very clear actions - this really helps drive efficiency) . We also use Jiminny for internal call coaching and it's easy to leave feedback, review stats, and organise calls into clear playlists. Keep up the great work!

I find Jiminny's transcript and next step function extremely helpful for summarising calls and next steps. The new feature of follow-up emails can be a useful template to use for clients.
