I like the visuals it creates to help bring your data to life. It provides a clear breakdown of all relevant categories for your data. It makes comparing competitors easy to see and analyze. The filters are also very diverse allowing you to pull a large range of data.

The interface of Infegy Atlas was very intuitive and user-friendly. The keyword search makes it incredibly easy to search any topic or conversation. I liked that there were several "pages" of data visualizations for each search--such as the sentiment word cloud, related topics, demographics of the conversation, etc. In sum, the platform made it very easy to conduct social listening analysis and smart, good-looking visualizations to share the results to other internal team members and clients.
