Dans Infegy, j'aime le nombre de canaux dans leur ensemble de données. La quantité impressionnante de sources est vraiment impressionnante. Je n'aime pas que la section démographique ne soit pas fiable puisqu'elle est auto-déclarée par les utilisateurs, cela me donne l'impression qu'elle ne devrait même pas être incluse dans les onglets. Je pense aussi que je dois vraiment travailler avec Infegy pour obtenir de bons résultats, mais cela pourrait être parce que j'ai besoin d'une formation plus approfondie. Il y a une tonne de ressources, mais cette fois-ci, j'avais besoin de l'aide de Morgan pour comprendre pourquoi une requête StarScape ne se chargeait pas et elle a pris le temps d'examiner les options, ce qui m'a rendu super facile de dupliquer de mon côté pour trouver une solution à mon problème de requête. It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well. It's so helpful to understand the sentiment of a product or topic and udnerstand the ins and outs of how it's viewed by real people in real time. We implemented Infegy for social listening. We've found it to be tremendously helpful in surfacing brand mentions, competitor insights, and conversations around topics. Once we learned how to use the filters and searches, Infegy has empowered us to improve our social insights. We now use the tool weekly. It's an essential part of our social offering. Infegy does have limitations. It has difficulty crawling Facebook. While it can crawl LinkedIn for brand/page mentions, it's not intuitive.
