Fantastic customer service, always very responsive and happy to assist if we have any questions or workshop a project together. The Infegy team feel like an extension of our own team. It has been a much more positive experience than working with some other vendors. Easy to use platform/tool with a range of different useful metrics for analyzing online conversation data. The platform has also been great for analyzing survey verbatims and other text. The Canvas tool is also brilliant, again easy to use for creating branded dashboards and helps save time in the future for tracking queries. They also send regular emails with reports/insights and share updates about the tool.

The program is easy to manage and very user-friendly. The service reps are quick to respond to any questions and very insightful. Love using this program for all our clients and it really provides in-depth reporting.
