Je peux attribuer des tâches aux nouveaux clients ; ils n'ont pas besoin de se souvenir d'un autre mot de passe et ont toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin dans les descriptions des tâches. Guide CX leur rappelle, me met à jour et maintient le projet sur la bonne voie de manière autonome. J'adore les nouvelles raisons de changement de statut. Si un projet est en retard ou annulé, je peux rapidement expliquer la cause à partir de mes rapports.

Great Onboarding Product - Part of the team who setup Guide CX and Current Administrator

The automation it provides to the onboarding process! We have a fairly extensive onboarding, and being able to track each piece from the client side to the internal tasks for each team member is great. I am also impressed with the updates the engineering team has continually put out. There were a few missing items when we started, but they have all been corrected through a new feature that was added.
