As a client who has used GuideCX daily over the past two years, I can proudly say that this software has been a game changer in my overall performance as a Project Manager. Not only due to the efficiency the software provides me but most importantly for the platform it allows my clients to communicate, and stay on task, throughout the life of a project. The software provides a secure platform to message directly with your clients and co-workers with a simple @ mention, as well as a secure way to upload and download documentation. The ability to create templates for different types of products that might fall within the scope of a project and have the ability to create a checklist within a task is time management at its core. More than anything the customer service I have received from GuideCX has been above and beyond. If it wasn't for Sara F. with customer support I would be a lost soul. She is always quick to respond to my support chat requests and If there is ever anything that requires additional follow-up she always gets back to me in a timely manner never leaving me without an answer. As a person with over 15 years of employee management, I can say that GuideCX you have one of the best employees in Sara! Treat her right she poses the pride of GuideCX. The overall platform, customer service, and ease of the software are honestly revolutionary. Keep up the good work. I look forward to using GuideCX for years to come.
