I really appreciate the intuitive changes being implemented compared to the legacy view. It is simple for candidates as well as in-house users to navigate, while still providing all the detail recruiters need.

Greenhouse is like that reliable friend who keeps you organized, reminds you of important deadlines, and helps you look good in front of your hiring managers—most of the time. As a recruiter, I appreciate how it streamlines the hiring process, keeping everything in one place so I don’t have to dig through emails or spreadsheets like a detective solving a mystery. The structured workflows, customizable scorecards, and automation features make life easier, saving me from sending the same email 50 times a day. And the integrations? A dream! It plays nicely with sourcing tools, HRIS platforms, and calendar apps, making scheduling (mostly) painless. Overall, Greenhouse is a solid ATS that keeps hiring organized, efficient, and (mostly) stress-free. It’s not perfect, but neither is recruiting—and at least Greenhouse doesn’t ghost me like some candidates do.
