I especially appreciate the level of control it provides over design elements such as borders and padding, along with the ability to optimise blocks specifically for desktop or mobile devices. This flexibility has been crucial for building visually appealing, responsive emails quickly and efficiently. Dotdigital's segmentation tools make targeting the right audience easy and enable me to schedule multiple emails on the same day to different audience segments with confidence that they won't overlap. Dotdigital’s reporting capabilities are another highlight. The analytics capabilities allow me to review the basics like open rate and click to open rate but also features more advanced options like heat mapping and specific click analysis. I also appreciate the ability to export reports into Excel for further data manipulations.

Interface utilisateur global et facilité d'utilisation - j'ai utilisé d'autres logiciels qui ont tendance à être encombrés/ compliqués à utiliser, et qui ont des obstacles en place pour m'empêcher de les utiliser efficacement - Avec Dotdigital, c'est très utile qu'il soit tellement simplifié, surtout quand il s'agit d'apprendre à mes collègues comment l'utiliser, je dois souvent faire des initiations pour les nouveaux arrivants qui disent tous qu'ils sont soulagés de voir à quel point il est facile à utiliser. Le support client est également exceptionnel, WinstonAI est très utile mais j'adore pouvoir encore parler à un humain en quelques secondes si je le souhaite, contrairement à certaines entreprises où tout est messages automatisés/IA.
