Full Survey Capabilities & Excellent Support

|Alchemer Survey
The title of this review says it all. Alchemer offers full-featured capabilities suitable for virtually any type of survey. I've found that their customer service is accessible and consistently top-notch.

The survey tool is very easy to use. The support from Customer Support is helpful, especially if you use the survey tool infrequently. The Support team is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and easy to work with.

Intuitive and Easy to Use Software

|Alchemer Survey
We utilize the software to analyze the various customer data we access to provide more educated business consulting. For example, we utilize employee engagement surveys, leadership diagnostic surveys and more to better understand the current state of culture within an orgnanization. I find that the software is easy to use and intuitive, offering a wide variety of question types and scripting options. The most helpful aspect that I have found is the ability to leverage the Alchemer support team in building more complex functionality. They are extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond.
