Quick setup & intuitive IVR, but support can lag

Aircall excels in ease of use and implementation. The setup process was incredibly straightforward - thanks in large part to the intuitive IVR tree, I had the entire system running even before my formal onboarding began. I use it frequently, and the extensive range of features coupled with seamless integration with other tools really streamlines our daily communication.

Wonderful onboarding experiance

Just started using Aircall. It is a fantastic system, with loads of extra features that we didn't even realise were possible. The implementation team were wonderful and got us up and running in no time.
